Yeah, we are talking may and june!!! Some friends were visiting us last weekend, we decided to warn them straight away from the airport, with a Campari (yes,  i’m obsessed) and a good fish on the terrasse of “La Pinede”, in Cap d’Ail.
I know, it’s really rough at sunset on the Riviera: stone pines, blue sea, clear sky, delicious smells melting, but that’s the way it is, don’t hate us please! So we had little fish “friture” to start, then a giant sea bass cooked in salt to share, and huge chocolate topped profiteroles.
p1040384It was really good, and even if Cap d’Ail is not supposed to be as glamourous as Saint Jean Cap Ferrat and the Cap d’Antibes (top places for real estate extravaganza on the Riviera), i think it is as beautifull and more confidential.
