Yield: 7lb ham
Ingredients:
1 7 lb boiled ham
2 cans Guinness stout
1 cup honey
1/2 cup molasses
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Juice of 2 small oranges
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°
Score ham in a criss-cross pattern, about 1 inch apart and ½ inch deep.
Warm glaze ingredients in a small sauce pan over medium heat.
Cover and bake ham covered until center temperature reaches 140°, basting every 20-30 minutes.
